摘要
社区获得性呼吸窘迫综合征毒素(CARDS TX)是一种新型毒力蛋白,在肺炎支原体(MP)感染期间大量表达。CARDS TX是MP感染的重要毒力因子,可引起纤毛运动减慢并最终停止,破坏呼吸道上皮细胞的完整性,与喘息性疾病的产生及进展存在相关性。文章从CARDS TX的结构功能、致病机制方面,与MP感染相关性喘息的发病、加重及持续状态进行系统综述。
Community-acquired respiratory distress syndrome toxin(CARDS TX)is a new type of virulence protein that is expressed in large quantities during Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)infection.CARDS TX is an important virulence factor of MP infection,which can cause cilia movement to slow down and eventually stop,destroy the integrity of respiratory epithelial cells,and is related to the occurrence and progression of wheezing diseases.This article systematically reviews the onset,exacerbation and persistence of wheezing associated with MP infection in terms of the structure,function and pathogenic mechanism of CARDS TX.
