氧化石墨烯改善聚丙烯纤维混凝土力学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 为改善纤维混凝土的力学性能,将不同含量的氧化石墨烯掺入聚丙烯纤维混凝土中,并对混凝土做抗压和抗折试验。试验结果表明:氧化石墨烯的掺入对纤维混凝土的抗折强度影响不明显;氧化石墨烯对聚丙烯纤维混凝土抗压强度的提高程度随着石墨烯掺量的增大呈现先增大后减小的趋势,当氧化石墨烯掺量掺量为0.04%时提高效果最佳,相比普通混凝土,其抗压强度提高约36%;掺入氧化石墨烯的纤维混凝土在抗压极限承载力时,试件外观状态基本完好。由此可知,在纤维混凝土中掺入氧化石墨烯,能提高纤维混凝土的抗压性能。 Different contents of graphene oxide(GO)were mixed into polypropylene fiber concrete,and compressive and flexural tests were performed on the concrete in order to improve the mechanical properties of fiber concrete.The experimental results show that the addition of GO has no obvious effect on the flexural strength of fiber reinforced concrete.The compressive strength of polypropylene fiber concrete first increases and then decreases with the increase of graphene content.The strengthening effect is the best when the graphene content is 0.04%and the compressive strength increases by about 36%compared with that of ordinary concrete.The appearance of the specimen is basically intact when the ultimate compressive bearing capacity of the fiber reinforced concrete is mixed with GO,indicating that the addition of GO can improve the compressive performance of fiber concrete.
