地方高校“新工科”建设的思考与实践——以中原工学院为例

加快深化工程教育改革、扎实推进新工科建设是我国产业发展的新形态,是我国高等教育发展的新阶段。中原工学院基于“新工科”背景下工科院校人才培养的内在要求,对原有的工程教育人才培养体系进行系统性反思,聚焦工程教育人才培养的重点、难点和主要任务,在建立工程教育新理念、构建工程教育学科专业新结构、创新工程教育人才培养新模式等方面进行改革,不断打造新型工程教育人才培养体系,探索适合地方高校的新工科建设路径。

Accelerating the reform of engineering education and promoting the construction of new engineering disciplines are the new forms of national industrial development and a new phase of the development of national higher education.Based on the internal requirements of talent training in engineering colleges under the background of new engineering disciplines,Zhongyuan University of Technology systematically reflects on its original talent training system of engineering education,focusing on the key difficulties and main tasks of talent cultivation,keeping carrying out reforms in the establishment of the new concept of engineering education,construction of the new structure of engineering education discipline and innovation of the new mode of engineering education personnel training.The goal is to build a new talent cultivation system of engineering education and explore a suitable path of new engineering disciplines for local universities.
