摘要
为了解散打初学者在训练过程中容易出现的损伤状况。通过问卷对运动员、教练员和裁判员进行调查,结果表明,散打训练中运动损伤多发生在初学阶段,扭伤、拉伤和撞击伤是散打运动员初学阶段常见的损伤类型;人体的不同部位损伤类型有所不同。建议散打初学阶段以保护为主,可通过多种途径进行预防,以减少运动损伤的发生。
In order to understand the injury condition of Sanda Beginners in the training process.Through the questionnaire,the athletes,coaches and referees were investigated.The results show that in Sanda training,sports injuries often occur in the primary stage;Sprain,sprain and impact injury are the common injury types of Sanda Athletes in the initial stage;The types of injury in different parts of human body are different.It is suggested that the primary stage of Sanda should be protection.It can be prevented by many ways to reduce the occurrence of sports injury.
