摘要
中华武术承载着浓厚的中国历史文化,具有强身健体,增强体质的功效,同时在关键时刻可以保护自己保护他人。武术作为中华传统文化的一部分,在教学方面一直处于不温不火的状态,本文基于霍华德·加德纳博士的多元智能理论就我国普通高校武术教学的现状提出问题,探讨多元智能理论对我国高校武术教学的启示:目前的中华武术教学内容陈旧单一,实用性差,应设置多元化的教学内容,并注重中华武术的实用性;结合多样化的教学方法和新时代的信息技术,增加学生的学习兴趣,提高教学质量;运用多样化的教学评价方式,使其更加科学化;从多方面更新教学设施,提高教学师资力量标准,以期促进学生多元智能的发展,从而促进我国高校体育课程的改革的步伐。
