社会支持对戒毒人员复吸的影响——多重中介作用

The impact of social support on relapse of drug addicts——Multiple mediating effects

目的考察社会支持和戒毒人员复吸倾向之间的关系,以及抑郁和应对方式在社会支持与戒毒人员复吸倾向之间的作用机制.方法采用社会支持评定量表、简版流调中心抑郁量表、简易应对方式问卷、复吸倾向心理调查表对314名强制戒毒人员进行测评.结果社会支持和抑郁呈显著负相关;社会支持和复吸倾向呈现显著负相关,社会支持和积极应对呈现显著正相关;复吸倾向和抑郁呈显著正相关;复吸倾向和积极应对呈现显著负相关;社会支持对复吸倾向影响中,抑郁和积极应对方式起到部分中介作用.结论社会支持可以显著影响戒毒人员复吸倾向;抑郁和积极应对方式是社会支持与复吸倾向的中介变量,社会支持可以通过抑郁和积极应对方式,从而间接影响戒毒人员的复吸倾向.

Objective To investigate the relationship between social support and relapse,as well as the mechanism of depression and coping style between social support and the relapse tendency of drug addicts.Methods 314 compulsory drug abusers were assessed by social support scale,flow center depression scale,simple coping style questionnaire and relapse tendency psychological questionnaire.Results Social support and depression are significantly negatively correlated;social support and relapse tendency are significantly negatively correlated,social support and active coping are significantly positively correlated;relapse tendency and depression are significantly positively correlated;relapse tendency and active coping are significantly negatively correlated;depression and positive coping styles play a partially mediating role in the relationship between social support and relapse tendency.Conclusion Social support can significantly affect the relapse tendency of drug addicts.Depression and active coping styles are the mediating variables of social support and relapse tendency.Social support can indirectly affect the relapse tendency of drug addicts through depression and active coping styles.
