摘要
基于计算流体力学(CDF)对Q5H26型高速离心泵进行数值模拟分析,验证CFD数值模拟预测泵的水力效率和扬程的方法的可靠性,研究气-液两相条件下叶轮开孔泵在不同入口含气率对其效率和扬程的变化规律。结果表明:入口含气率在10%以下时,开孔后泵的扬程和效率均略低于初始泵;入口含气率达到10%时,开孔前后扬程和效率基本持平;入口含气率超过10%,开孔后的泵的外特性性能超过初始泵。对于气-液两相条件下的高速离心泵,当入口含气率超过10%时,使用开孔叶轮可有效提高其扬程和工作效率。
The numerical simulation analysis of the Q5H26 high-speed centrifugal pumps was performed based on the computational fluid dynamics,to verify the reliability of the CFD numerical simulation method for predicting the hydraulic efficiency and head of the pump.Under gas-liquid two-phase,the change law between the efficiency and head of the pump with hole-opening impeller against the different inlet void fractions was studied.Experimental results show that when the inletvoid fraction is below 10%,the head and efficiency of the pump with hole-opening impeller are slightly lower than those of the original pump;when the inlet void fraction reaches 10%,the head and efficiency of the pump with hole-opening impeller are basically the same as those of the original pump;when the inletvoid fraction exceeds 10%,the external characteristic performance of the pump with hole-openingimpeller is better than that of the original pump.For high-speed centrifugal pumps under gas-liquid two-phase condition,when the inlet void fraction exceeds 10%,the use of hole-opening impeller can effectively improve the pump head and work efficiency.
