摘要 针对当前无功电压优化、超短期的无功电压控制和实时层面的AVC技术三者没有进行统一协调及静态无功补偿器、风电机组无功、电容电抗器、有载变压器调压等多种无功电压设备的控制并没有进行协调控制等问题,提出了一种新的优化控制策略,此优化控制策略将电压稳定加入到无功优化函数中,以增加一部分网损为代价,提高了系统的电压稳定性。通过算例的仿真验证,所提的控制手段能够在均衡线路、风电机组、无功补偿设备的电压稳定裕度方面起到很好的优化作用,从而提高了风电汇集地区电网的运行可靠性。 There exist problems that there is no coordination among three aspects of reactive power voltage optimization,ultra short-term reactive voltage control and real-time AVC,and there are no coordinated controls among various reactive power equipment of static reactive power compensators,wind power unit reactive power,capacitor reactor and on-load voltage regulating transformer etc.In this paper,a new optimal control strategy is proposed,which includes the voltage stability into the reactive power optimization function,and improves the voltage stability of the system at the cost of partial network power loss.The simulation results show that the proposed control method can optimize the voltage stability margin of transmission lines,wind mill units and reactive power compensation equipment,thus improving the operation reliability of wind power centered area.
