长江三角洲城市群研学旅游竞争力评价及空间格局演化研究

Research on Evaluation of Educational Tourism Competitiveness and Spatial Pattern Evolution of the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomerations

通过研学旅游现实竞争力、研学旅游安全保障竞争力、研学旅游发展支撑竞争力三方面构建研学旅游竞争力评价指标体系,以2014—2018年长江三角洲城市群27个城市的相关数据为研究样本,使用BP神经网络模型、泰尔指数、空间相关分析等对长江三角洲城市群各城市的研学旅游竞争力进行评价。结果表明:长江三角洲城市群研学旅游竞争力差距较大,表现为"一超五强多弱"的金字塔式结构;各城市之间的差异表现出"先升后降"的趋势;在空间上各城市呈现出空间集聚,但集聚程度逐年下降,各城市之间已形成了稳定的空间格局,但相互之间的关联性不强。基于相关结论,提出了充分发挥研学旅游竞争力强城市辐射带动作用,促进周边地区研学旅游竞争力增强;打造特色研学旅游产品,采取差异化发展战略;区域相关政策与教育资金适度倾斜,助力西北部地区研学旅游发展等提升建议。

Based on the relevant data of 27 cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations from 2014 to 2018,this paper establishes an educational tourism competitiveness evaluation index system through three aspects of educational tourism including real competitiveness,safety assurance competitiveness and development support competitiveness.To study the sample,methods including BP neural network model,Theil index and spatial correlation analysis were employed to evaluate the competitiveness of educational tourism in different cities of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations.The results show that the gap between the competitiveness of educational tourism in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations is large,which is represents a pyramid structure of’one super city,five strong ones and many weak ones’.The gap between cities shows a parabola pattern with a rising trend and a falling one afterwards.In terms of space,each city at the local level shows spatial agglomeration,but the degree of agglomeration decreases year by year.A stable spatial pattern has been formed between the local cities,but the correlation between them is not strong.Based on the relevant conclusions,this paper proposed suggestions as follows:taking full advantage of prefecture-level cities to improve the competitiveness of educational tourism in the surrounding areas;creating special educational tourism products and adopting differentiated development strategies;making regional policies and providing education funds to promote the educational tourism development in the northwest region.
