摘要
药物的肝毒性一直是医药工作者关注的重点,新的肝毒性标志物的发现对降低新药开发成本和增强临床用药安全具有重要意义。药物代谢组学作为代谢组学与药学交叉结合的一门新兴学科,在毒性标志物发现、疾病预测、个体化用药方面扮演着十分重要的角色。本文结合药物代谢组学的分析流程及最新研究成果,重点综述支链氨基酸、肌酸、鞘氨醇、谷胱甘肽、酰基肉碱等肝毒性生物标志物的研究进展。
The drug-induced hepatotoxicity has always been the focus of medical workers.Therefore,the discovery of new hepatotoxicity markers is of great significance to reduce the development cost of new drugs and enhance the safety of clinical drugs.As a new subject of cross-combination between metabolomics and pharmacy,pharmacometabolomics plays a very important role in the discovery of toxic markers,disease prediction and personalized medicine.Combined with the analytical process of pharmacometabolomics and the latest research results,this article emphatically reviewed the research progress of hepatotoxicity biomarkers such as branched chain amino acids,creatine,sphingosine,glutathione,and acylcarnitine.
