多层双曲蜂窝夹芯结构胶接技术研究

摘要 多层双曲蜂窝夹芯结构胶接工艺具有制造工序繁杂、干涉风险点多、胶接质量稳定性差等难点。本文通过设计可拆卸、内嵌定位孔、预制避让台阶的工装模块,采取蜂窝芯预先弯曲成型技术,使用蜂窝芯修配及灌封样板,开展二次胶接型面匹配度校验等工艺措施,有效解决零件胶接脱黏、翘曲变形等质量问题,进一步完善了多层双曲蜂窝夹芯金属胶接工艺的技术细节。 The bonding process of multilayer hyperbolic honeycomb sandwich structure had many difficulties,such as complicated manufacturing process,many interference risk points and poor bonding quality stability.In this paper,through the design of removable,embedded positioning holes,prefabricated tooling module for step avoidance,and adopting honeycomb core pre-bending molding technology,using honeycomb core repair and potting template,carrying out secondary bonding surface matching degree verification and other process measures,the quality problems such as adhesive debonding and warping deformation of parts could be effectively solved,which further improved the technical details of bonding process of multilayer hyperbolic honeycomb sandwich metal.
