摘要
采用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(YH-791/YH-792)、增黏树脂、抗氧剂与阻燃剂等原材料制备建筑胶粘剂,考察了建筑胶粘剂的初粘力、热稳定性和耐油性等性能。研究结果表明:设定m(YH-791)∶m(YH-792)=7∶3或6∶4的试样条件下,建筑胶粘剂的初粘力与剥离强度应用效果较好;在低毒与低成本条件下,120#汽油与乙酸乙酯相结合可作为建筑胶粘剂的优质溶剂;所制的建筑胶粘剂初始分解温度为412℃左右,对于机油的耐油性最高。
Building adhesive was prepared by using styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer(YH-791/YH-792),tackifier,antioxidant and flame retardant.The properties of building adhesive such as initial tack,thermal stability and oil resistance were investigated.The research results showed that under the setting condition of m(YH-791)∶m(YH-792)=7∶3 or 6∶4,the application effect of initial tack and peel strength of building adhesive was excellent.Under the condition of low toxicity and low cost,the combination of 120~#gasoline and ethyl acetate could be used as the high quality solvent for building adhesive.The initial decomposition temperature of the prepared building adhesive was about 412℃,which had the highest oil resistance to engine oil.
