摘要
以马来酸、硫代苹果酸为原料,合成了2,2′-硫代二丁二酸(TSA)。采用核磁氢谱(1H NMR)、碳谱(13C NMR)和质谱(MS)对TSA结构进行表征,并将其用于棉织物的抗皱整理;探究了整理剂浓度、烘焙时间、烘焙温度、催化剂次亚磷酸钠(SHP)用量对抗皱效果的影响;比较了不同链段长度含硫化合物交联剂对棉织物的整理效果。结果表明TSA抗皱整理的最优工艺为:ρ(TSA)为80 g/L,n(SHP)∶n(TSA)=0.75,80℃预烘3 min,170℃烘焙3 min。该工艺整理的织物经过一次标准水洗,折皱回复角为247.4°,撕破强力保留率为60.1%,白度为64.65。相比于乙二硫醇二琥珀酸,TSA的分子链更短、刚性更大,可赋予织物更好的抗皱整理效果。
2,2′-thiodisuccinic acid(TSA)is synthesized using maleic acid and thiomalic acid as raw materi⁃als.The structure of the target product is characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and MS.The effects of cur⁃ing temperature,curing time,the concentration of TSA and catalyst on the performance of cotton fabric are studied.The properties of sulfur chain cross-linking agents with different chain lengths on cotton fab⁃ric finishing are compared.The optimal finishing process isρ(TSA)=80 g/L,n(SHP)∶n(TSA)=0.75,dry⁃ing at 80℃for 3 min,curing at 170℃for 3 min.Under this process,after a standard washing,the wrin⁃kle recovery angle,tearing strength retention and whiteness index are 247.4°,60.1%and 64.65.Com⁃pared with MASEMA,TSA has shorter molecular chains and greater rigidity.Fabrics treated with TSA have better anti-wrinkle effects.
