摘要
探讨碱精练对锗纤维/棉混纺针织物白度和顶破强力的影响。利用正交试验,以织物的白度和顶破强力为评价指标,得到优化的锗纤维/棉混纺针织物漂白工艺,即:硅酸钠3 g/L、渗透剂JFC 2 g/L、30%过氧化氢20 mL/L、漂液pH值11、浴比1∶20、漂白温度90℃、漂白时间50 min,所得锗纤维/棉混纺针织物的白度和顶破强力分别为81.1%和414.8 N。
The effect of alkali scouring on the whiteness and bursting strength of germanium fiber/cotton blended knitted fabric is investigated.With the whiteness and bursting strength as evaluation indexes,the bleaching process of germanium fiber/cotton blended knitted fabric is optimized by orthogonal test.The results show that the whiteness and bursting strength of germanium fiber/cotton blended knitted fabric are 81.1%and 414.8 N respectively,with sodium silicate 3 g/L,penetrant JFC 2 g/L,30%hydrogen peroxide 20 mL/L,pH value 11,bath ratio 1∶20,bleaching at 90℃ for 50 min.
