摘要
“准备就绪公立学校”(YES Prep Public Schools)是美国得克萨斯州休斯敦地区的特许公立学校系统,旨在将贫穷薄弱地区的学生送入大学之门,并让他们顺利完成大学学业,最终成为各行各业的领导者。该校在学业标准、课程设置、考试评价、支持渠道、支撑系统、师资培养等方面进行一系列的改革,取得了突出成效。“准备就绪公立学校”是美国新保守主义和新自由主义联袂改革的标志性产物,其未来发展走向值得关注。
