At this stage,bodybuilding has been widely loved by Chinese people.Due to the change of public aesthetic sense,people pay more attention to their body.Fitness and bodybuilding exercise can exercise the cross-sectional area of muscles and increase the number of muscle fibers in human body.During the training period,athletes need to reach the physical limit every time.For ordinary people,they should choose the appropriate training method of physical strength according to their own situation.This paper studies the methods of physical fitness training and strength training,and introduces the important value of physical training and strength training on human health and physical quality enhancement,so as to ensure the effectiveness of physical strength training in bodybuilding.
