摘要 现代击剑运动已经是奥运会的传统项目,所以击剑运动员要具备专业的运动员素质。在平时的核心训练中,运动员要提高自身的击剑水平,扬长避短,争取获得优异的成绩。击剑运动对速度和力量的要求很高,这在核心训练时要作为训练重点进行加强训练。击剑运动是古代剑术决斗中发展起来的一项运动项目,这个项目需要运动员的精神高度集中以及有敏捷灵活的反应,还有对运动员的身体协调性也有一定的要求。击剑运动历史悠久,现今发展趋势良好,而对运动员的训练引入近年来被各种体育项目纷纷采用的核心力量训练方法是一个不错的选择。核心训练可以更加综合高效地对运动员进行综合训练,提高运动员的击剑技术,培养运动员的耐力和击剑水平。该文就击剑运动项目的现状、核心力量训练的目的及核心力量训练方法3个方面进行了深入的阐述。 Modern fencing has been a traditional event in the Olympic Games,so fencers should have professional quality.In the usual core training,athletes should improve their fencing level,develop their strengths and avoid their weaknesses,and strive for excellent results.Fencing requires high speed and strength,which should be strengthened as the focus of training in the core training.Fencing is a sport developed in ancient swordplay duels,which requires the athletes to concentrate and have a quick and f lexible response,as well as physical coordination of the athletes also have certain requirements.Fencing has a long history and a good development trend,and it is a good choice to introduce the core strength training method which has been adopted in various sports in recent years.The core training can train the athletes more comprehensively and eff iciently,improve their fencing skills,and develop their endurance and fencing level.In this paper,the present situation of fencing,the purpose of core strength training and the methods of core strength training are expounded.
