湖南省高校体育教师的风险管理认知现状

The Current Situation of Risk Management Cognition of Physical Education Teachers in Colleges and Universities of Hunan Province

该文采用问卷调查法对湖南省8所高校38名体育教师的风险管理认知状况进行了问卷调查。结果表明:湖南省高校体育教师场地器材、医疗救护、教学训练等3个维度风险因子的认知水平整体较高。但在医疗救护维度,关于建立学生档案、开展专项安全培训等具体问题的认知仍有待深化,学校应进一步提高学校体育教师的风险管理认知水平。

In this paper,38 physical education teachers in 8 colleges and universities in Hunan Province were investigated by questionnaire.The results show that the cognitive level of the three risk factors of physical education teachers in Hunan Province is higher as a whole.However,in the dimension of medical aid,the cognition of establishing students'files,carrying out special safety training and other specif ic issues still needs to be deepened.Schools should further improve the cognition level of risk management of school physical education teachers.
