摘要
传统村庄规划存在千村一面、缺乏村民参与、与其他规划存在冲突、项目落地难等问题,已不适应于当今社会。随着空间规划体系以及乡村振兴战略的提出,村庄规划被引领到了新一轮的改革创新当中。通过对村庄规划发展历程的梳理以及密云区后八家庄村村庄规划的实践,从分区分类引导、落实空间管控、实施多元管理和对接建设实施等方面提出北京村庄规划转型思路。
Traditional village planning has many problems,such as lack of characteristics and public participation,conflict with other planning and hard to implement,which is not suitable for today.With the development of spatial planning system and rural revitalization strategy,it leads the village planning to a new reform and innovation.Through combing the development process and the practice of village planning of Houbajiazhuang Village in Miyun District,it is pointed out the transformation ideas of Beijing village planning from the following aspects:the guidance of district classification,the implementation of spatial control,multi-faceted administration and the connection of construction and implementation.
