国土空间规划背景下村庄用地规模核定探索——以义乌市为例

Exploration of Village Land Scale Verification under the Background of Spatial Planning:Taking the Yiwu City as an Example

新时代空间规划背景下,改善农村三生空间环境,助推乡村振兴是城乡全域共同发展的主要内容。义乌在2020年初市委会议提出全力推进乡村建设,构建"1XY"城乡体系,强调村庄规模核定是助推义乌农村有机更新模式多元化发展的首要任务。文章在新时代背景下对比分析村庄规模核定的传统思路和新背景思路,因地制宜摸索出一套适用义乌村庄的规模核定方法,并通过村庄的实证分析,为义乌农村有机更新提供精准合理的空间条件和发展保障。

Under the background of spatial planning in the new era,it is the main content of the common development of urban and rural areas to improve the spatial environment of rural residents and promote rural revitalization.At the beginning of 2020,Yiwu proposed to push forward the rural construction and build a"1 XY"urban and rural system,emphasizing that village scale verification is the primary task to boost the diversified development of Yiwu rural organic renewal mode.Under the background of the new era,this paper compares and analyzes the traditional thinking and the new background thinking of village scale verification,explores a set of scale verification methods suitable for Yiwu villages according to local conditions,and provides accurate and reasonable space conditions and development guarantee for Yiwu rural organic renewal through empirical analysis of villages.
