基于集约理论的绿色文化综合体设计策略研究——以卫辉市五馆三心项目为例

Research on the Design Strategy of Green Cultural Complex based on the Intensive Theory:Taking Five Venues and Three Center Project in Weihui City as an Example

在我国推动建设社会主义文化强国、满足人民群众精神文化需求的大背景下,文化场馆的建设及文化建设理念的创新已成为重要任务。集约化建设是文化综合体建筑在城市化快速发展背景下的必然趋势。以卫辉市五馆三心项目为例,探讨集约理论与绿色建筑理念的融合互补,通过对功能空间、交通流线、交往场所、绿色技术等方面设计策略的拓展与完善,探索绿色文化综合体设计的新方法、新理念,以及新技术的集成利用,是对该领域研究的有益尝试。

Under the background that China promotes the construction of a country with a strong socialist culture and meets the spiritual and cultural needs of the people,the construction of cultural venues and the innovation of cultural construction concepts have become important tasks.Intensive construction is an inevitable trend of cultural complex architecture under the background of rapid urbanization.Taking five venues and three center project in Weihui as an example,this paper discusses the integration and complement of intensive theory and green building concept.Through the expansion and improvement of design strategies in functional space,traffic lines,communication places and green technology,explore new methods,new ideas and integrated utilization of new technologies in green cultural complex design.It is a beneficial attempt to the research in this field.
