景观都市主义视角下城市垃圾填埋场治理初探——以尼日利亚拉各斯Olusosun设计竞赛为例

A Preliminary Study on Municipal Landfill Renovation from the Perspective of Landscape Urbanism:Taking the Design Competition of Olusosun,Lagos,Nigeria as an Example

作为高速城市化的恶果之一,原本市郊的垃圾填埋场逐渐被城市空间包围,亟须治理。然而在垃圾仍然大量产生的背景下,许多城市在面对垃圾填埋场治理问题时,未能处理好垃圾利用、生态修复、城市生活三者的结合问题。文章借鉴景观都市主义理论,以Olusosun垃圾填埋场竞赛设计方案为例,总结出在场地分析、框架设计、弹性计划、可持续策略等方面的设计方法,为城市垃圾填埋场治理提供新的解决思路和建议。

As one of the consequences of the rapid urbanization,the waste landfills in the suburbs are gradually surrounded by urban space,which is in urgent need of treatment.However,in the context of large amount of garbage,many cities fail to deal with the combination of garbage utilization,ecological restoration and urban life when faced with the problem of waste landfill renovation.Based on the theory of landscape urbanism and taking the design scheme of Olusosun landfill competition as an example,this paper summarizes the design methods in the aspects of site analysis,framework design,elastic plan and sustainable strategy,and provides new suggestions for the renovation of urban waste landfill.
