The Evolution Process and Future Development Direction of Urbanization since the Establishment of People’s Republic of China

当下,在新型城镇化规划的收官之年,我国的城镇化再次来到"十字路口",未来的发展之路是不拘泥于"小城镇"的发展模式,还是不完全摈弃"大城市"尚未明晰。文章通过回顾中华人民共和国成立以来的城镇化演进历程,总结各时期城镇化特点,在深刻考虑中国国情和目前城市发展状况的基础之上,审时度势地提出"城市群"的发展模式,以期促进未来中国城市的欣欣向荣。

At the moment,in the final year of the new urbanization planning,China’s urbanization has once again come to the crossing.Until now,whether the future development path is not limited to the development model of small towns or not completely abandoning the big towns is not yet clear.By reviewing the evolution of urbanization since the establishment of People’s Republic of China,the article summarizes the characteristics of urbanization in various periods.On the basis of profound consideration of China’s national conditions and current urban development conditions,it proposes the development model of urban agglomerations in a timely manner with a view to promoting the prosperity of the city in the future.
