摘要
SITE是以生态系统服务价值为基础,将各个不同项目目标、学科整合后提出的一个全面系统的解决方案。不再只关注景观的美学,而是将景观作为城市基础设施的一个部件,在景观中解决城市新城代谢的问题。文章以芝加哥SITE金奖项目海军码头为例,分析如何在实际项目中以SITE为指导思维。根据其各项指标所得分数,分析项目如何解决多目标、创新点及采用策略,如设计前评估和规划、水资源、土壤和植被、材料选择、公众教育和监测等。最终海军码头项目在SITE系统的指导下达到了100%通过收集雨水来满足灌溉需求、土壤管理、隔绝噪音、项目能源消耗将减少60%等多项生态系统服务效益。
The SITE system is a comprehensive and systematic solution based on ecosystem service value,which integrates different project objectives and disciplines.Landscape design no longer only focuses on the aesthetics of landscape,but takes landscape as a component of urban infrastructure to solve the problem of metabolism of city.In this paper,taking the SITE gold medal project navy pier in Chicago as an example,the author analyzes how to use SITE as the guiding to operate in the real project.According to the scores of each index,this paper analyzes the innovation points,the strategies adopted and how to solve the multi-objective project tasks,such as design evaluation and planning,water resources,soil and vegetation,material selection,public education and monitoring,etc.Finally,under the guidance of SITE system,the Navy Terminal project was achieved:100%by collecting rainwater to meet irrigation needs,soil management,noise isolation,project energy consumption reduced by 60%and many other ecosystem services benefits.
