Shenyang Dadilu(Mojia-the Eastern Section of the Fourth Ring Road)express way is the infrastructure project of BMW Brilliance No.3 Factory project of Sino-Germany industrial park in Shenyang.The construction background,function orientation and overall scheme of the express way are mainly introduced,so as to put forward the engineering and technical scheme of the urban express way design.
