摘要
为了研究回收粉对沥青混合料性能的影响,以六威高速公路项目中面层施工为依托,选取两种不同状态的回收粉,进行不同掺量复合填料塑性指数试验,然后选用20%等质量回收粉替代矿粉,进行高温稳定性、水稳定性以及低温稳定性等路用性能试验。试验结果显示,两种回收粉的掺入显著增大了复合填料的塑性指数;且分别使动稳定度降低14%与20%、残留稳定度降低5%与9%、冻融劈裂强度比降低9%与15%、破坏应变降低17%与25%。表明回收粉对填料性能指标以及沥青混合料路用性能均具有显著不利影响,综合分析不建议高等级公路使用回收粉。
In order to study the influence of recycled powder on the performance of asphalt mixture,based on the surface course construction of Liuwei expressway project,two kinds of recycled powders with different states are selected to carry out the plastic index test of composite filler with different contents,and then 20%recycled powder with equal mass is selected to replace the mineral powder for road performance test of high temperature stability,water stability and low temperature stability and so on.The test results show that,the plastic index of the composite filler is significantly increased by adding two recycled powders,and the dynamic stability is respectively reduced by 14%and 20%,the residual stability is reduced by 5%and 9%,the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio is reduced by 9%and 15%,and the failure strain is reduced by 17%and 25%.It shows that the recycled powder has a significant adverse effect on the performance index of filler and the road performance of asphalt mixture.The recycled powder is not recommended for high-grade highway during the comprehensive analysis.
