摘要
由于格栅拱架重量较轻,比型钢拱架更具有运输优势,所以在施工中常用格栅拱架来替代传统的型钢拱架,作为隧道临时支护的工具。通常在格栅的模拟实验中截取格栅顶部一段而不是使用整个格栅来对其进行数值模拟和试验分析,为了验证这种方法是否可行,选用一种力学性能较为合理的四肢W型格栅,截取其顶部一段,使用patran软件分别对格栅的局部和整体建立3D模型,并在格栅的顶部施加集中力,通过比较计算结果中的位移和载荷来验证用格栅局部代替整体的合理性。
Due to the light weight of the grid arch frame,it has more transportation advantages than the steel arch frame,so it is commonly used to replace the traditional steel arch frame during the construction as a temporary support tool for the tunnel.In the simulation experiment of the grid,a section at the top of the grid is usually intercepted instead of using the whole grid for numerical simulation and experimental analysis.The purpose of this paper is to verify the feasibility of this method,select a W-shaped grid with reasonable mechanical properties,cut off the top section of the grid,use patran software to respectively build 3D models of the local and the whole grids,and apply concentrated force on the top of the grid.The rationality of partially replacing the whole part with the grid is verified by comparing the displacement and load in the calculation results.
