深入分析了当前辽宁省普通干线公路的交通特点、安全风险状况和安全保障需求,引入先进的交通安全理念和安全风险治理技术,为辽宁省公路安全生命防护工程的实施提供技术保障。
The traffic characteristics,safety risk status and safety guarantee demand of common trunk highways in Liaoning province are analyzed deeply at present,and advanced traffic safety concept and safety risk treatment technology are introduced,so as to provide technical guarantee for the implementation of highway safety and life protection project in Liaoning province.
