桦树汁高分子溶液的制备及其美白作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 确定桦树汁高分子溶液的制备工艺和对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制作用.采用单因素实验和正交实验,以黏度为指标优化工艺,筛选出桦树汁高分子溶液的最佳制备工艺;以L-酪氨酸为底物,采用分光光度法研究桦树汁高分子溶液对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制作用.最佳制备工艺为桦树汁体积分数30%,卡波姆质量浓度0.5 g/mL,透明质酸质量浓度0.01 g/mL;桦树汁高分子溶液对酪氨酸酶的抑制率受其量的影响,在一定质量浓度范围内,随着桦树汁高分子溶液质量浓度的增加,抑制率也会增加,达到50%时,抑制率为74%.桦树汁高分子溶液的制备工艺简单,操作简便,适合工业生产,对酪氨酸酶的活性具有显著的抑制作用. This paper studied on the preparation process of eucalyptus juice polymer solution and the inhibition effect of tyrosine enzyme activity.Single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were used to optimize the process with viscosity as an indicator.L-tyrosine was used as the base to study the inhibition effect of tyrosine enzyme activity in the high molecular solution of eucalyptus juice by spectrophotometric method.The optimum preparation conditions:30%birch juice,0.5 g/mL Carbomer and 0.01 g/mL hyaluronic acid,the inhibition rate of tyrosinase was affected by the concentration of birch juice polymer solution,and within a certain concentration range,the inhibition rate increased with the increase of concentration of the polymer solution.When the concentration reached 50%,the inhibition rate was 74%.The preparation process of eucalyptus juice polymer solution was simple,easy to operate,suitable for industrial production,and had a significant inhibitory effect on the activity of tyrosinase enzyme.
