Research on departure flight scheduling optimization based on genetic algorithm

摘要 为减少与日俱增的场面拥挤与航班延误情况,制定更加高效的交通管理策略,对离场航班的调度优化问题进行分析.对机场物理结构进行简化同构,并且通过将航班排序与跑道分配结合,建立优化模型.模型对跑道容量、尾流间隔等约束进行了综合分析,旨在寻找总延误时间最小的调度方案.模型求解以遗传算法为基础加以改进,并将其与传统的先到先服务方式作对比.案例仿真结果表明使用遗传算法得到的航班序列其总延误时间比先到先服务原则减少了36%,极大地提高了场面航班准点率和容量. In order to alleviate the increasingly severe airport congestion and flight delays to make more efficient traffic management decision,a departure flight scheduling problem was studied.The structure of the airport was firstly simplified and an optimization model was established by combining flight sequencing with runway allocation.Considering the constraints of runway capacity and wake interval,the model aimed to find a scheduling scheme with minimum total delay time.The model was solved by improved genetic algorithm and the results were compared with the traditional first-come-first-served method.The simulation results showed that the total delay time of flight sequence obtained by genetic algorithm was reduced by 36%compared with the first-come-first-served principle,which greatly improved the on-time rate of flights and capacity of airport surface operation.
