摘要
为继续深化铁路市场化改革,加快融入多式联运运输体系,铁路货运部门主动走出去,提出建立“无轨货运站”,探索以铁路为主体发展多式联运新模式。在阐述铁路发展多式联运现状的基础上,提出其存在的问题。分析“无轨货运站”多式联运新模式,比较其与现有铁水联运、公铁联运模式的区别,探析“无轨货运站”多式联运新模式具有拓宽铁路运输产品品类、扩大铁路货运市场营运网络、增强铁路货运营销推广力度、提升货运综合服务质量、提高多式联运整体融合度等优势,为铁路推广“无轨货运站”多式联运新模式奠定理论基础。
Railway departments are deepening the market-oriented reform to integrate the railway sector into the multimodal transportation system,thus the railway freight departments shall take the initiative to seek for customers in the freight market.This paper proposes the establishment of Trackless Freight Station and explores the new mode of multimodal transportation with railway as the main player.Based on the status quo of multimodal transportation operation in railway development in recent years,this paper points out the existing problems,analyzes the new mode of railway developing Trackless Freight Station multimodal transportation,and compares it with the existing modes of rail-water intermodal transport and highway-rail intermodal transportation.At last,this paper concludes that the new mode of multimodal transportation of Trackless Freight Station has such advantages as:attracting more categories of goods,expanding the business network of railway freight market,strengthening the marketing and promotion,improving the comprehensive service quality,and improving the overall integration of multimodal transportation.This study lays a theoretical foundation for promoting the new mode of multimodal transportation for Trackless Freight Station.
