Optimization of the Transportation Capacity of Guangdong-Hainan Railway Ferry

粤海铁路轮渡是粤海铁路通道的“咽喉”,承担着海南省客货运输需求,尤其是较大的货运需求量对粤海铁路轮渡运输能力提出更高的要求。在阐述粤海铁路轮渡运输现状的基础上,从设施设备、运输组织方面分析存在的问题,为优化粤海铁路轮渡运输能力,提出粤海铁路轮渡开行15对/d和16对/d航班的运输方案设计,探讨粤海铁路轮渡运输能力方案实施保障对策,即:优化铁路管理模式,实现“一体化”管理机制;提升设施设备服务效率,加大设施设备投入;科学组织作业内容,提高运营管理效率。

Guangdong-Hainan railway ferry,as the throat of Guangdong-Hainan railway corridor,undertakes the passenger and freight transportation of Hainan province.Increasing traffic demand requires higher transportation capacity of the railway ferry.This paper first elaborates the present situation of Guangdong-Hainan railway ferry transportation and then analyzes the existing problems from the aspects of facilities,equipment and transportation organization.To optimize the transportation capacity of Guangdong-Hainan railway ferry,this paper puts forward the transportation scheme design of 15 pairs/d and 16 pairs/d ferry ships,and probes into the implementation guarantee countermeasures of transportation capacity scheme,that is,optimizing railway management mode and realizing integrated management mechanism;improving the service efficiency of facilities and equipment,increasing the investment in facilities and equipment;scientifically organizing the operation to improve the operation and management efficiency.
