摘要
铁路实施货票电子化有效提升了货运系统的信息化程度。在货票电子化条件下,为进一步提升铁路货运网点服务水平,在分析铁路货运网点业务流程现状的基础上,以简化作业流程、提升作业效率、提高服务质量为目的,对铁路货运网点货运业务办理岗位和作业流程进行整合,对现有货运网点的发送业务、交付业务及其他业务进行优化。通过对铁路货运网点业务流程的优化和整合,提高基层货运网点作业效率和服务质量。
The implementation of electronic waybill effectively improves the IT applications of freight transportation system.Under the condition of electronic waybill,in order to further improve the service of railway freight network,this paper analyzes the current situation of business process of railway freight network,integrates the freight business handling posts and operation process of railway freight network,and optimizes the sending business,delivery business and other business of the existing freight transport network,so as to simplify the operation process,elevate the operation efficiency and improve the service quality.Through the optimization and integration of railway freight network business process,the operation efficiency and service quality of basic freight network and posts are improved.
