摘要
目的:探讨围绝经期女性雌二醇和卵泡刺激素水平与骨密度的关系。方法:选取2014年5月-2019年6月就诊于本院的低骨量围绝经期女性100例作为低骨量组,另选取同期骨量正常的围绝经期女性100例作为正常组。比较两组绝经前后不同骨骼部位骨密度值、雌二醇和卵泡刺激素水平,分析不同骨骼部位骨密度与雌二醇、卵泡刺激素水平的相关性。结果:低骨量组绝经后各骨骼部位骨密度值均低于绝经前(P<0.05);正常组绝经前后各骨骼部位骨密度值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。绝经前后,低骨量组各骨骼部位骨密度值均低于正常组(P<0.05)。绝经后,两组雌二醇均低于绝经前,而卵巢刺激素水平均高于绝经前(P<0.05)。绝经前后,低骨量组雌二醇均低于正常组,而卵泡刺激素水平均高于正常组(P<0.05)。雌二醇与各骨骼部位骨密度呈正相关(P<0.05),卵泡刺激素与各骨骼部位骨密度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:雌二醇与围绝经期女性的骨密度正相关,而卵泡刺激素呈负相关。绝经后卵泡刺激素升高与骨密度丢失有关,且雌激素降低为影响围绝经期女性骨量的重要因素。
Objective:To explore the relationship between estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone levels and bone mineral density in perimenopausal women.Method:A total of 100 perimenopausal women with low bone mass visited in our hospital from May 2014 to June 2019 were selected as the low bone mass group.In addition,100 perimenopausal women with normal bone mass during the same period were selected as the normal group.Bone mineral density,estradiol and follicle stimulating hormone levels were compared between the two groups before and after menopause.The correlation between bone mineral density and estradiol,follicle-stimulating hormone levels were analyzed.Result:The bone mineral density of all bone sites after menopause in the low bone mass group were lower than those before menopause(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in bone mineral density of all bone sites of the normal group between before and after menopause(P>0.05).Before and after menopause,bone mineral density of all bone sites in the low bone mass group were lower than those in the normal group(P<0.05).After menopause,estradiol in both groups were lower than those before menopause,while the level of follicle stimulating hormone were higher than those before menopause(P<0.05).Before and after menopause,estradiol in low bone mass group were lower than those in the normal group,while follicle stimulating hormone level were higher than those of the normal group(P<0.05).Estradiol was positively correlated with bone mineral density of all bone sites(P<0.05),while follicle stimulating hormone was negatively correlated with bone mineral density of all bone sites(P<0.05).Conclusion:Estradiol was positively correlated with bone mineral density in perimenopausal women,while follicle stimulating hormone was negatively correlated.Increased follicle stimulating hormone is associated with bone density loss after menopause,and estrogen reduction is an important factor affecting bone mass in perimenopausal women.
