摘要
目的:探讨基于回馈法的健康教育对牙周炎患者认知度及自护能力的影响。方法:选取2018年7月-2019年7月在本院就诊的208例慢性牙周炎患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=104)和观察组(n=104)。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予基于回馈法的健康教育,两组均连续干预3个月。比较两组干预后护理满意情况、疾病认知度、自护能力、自我效能、14项汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA-14)和17项汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分。结果:观察组干预后各项护理满意度、疾病认知度及自护能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组HAMA-14和HAMD-17评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于回馈法的健康教育可以提高牙周炎患者的疾病认知度和自护能力,改善患者的不良情绪,满意度高,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of health education based on feedback method on awareness and self-care ability of patients with periodontitis.Method:A total of 208 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group(n=104)and observation group(n=104)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given health education based on feedback method on the basis of the control group.both groups were continuously intervened for 3 months.The satisfaction,disease awareness self-care ability,self-efficacy,14 Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA-14)and 17 Hamilton depression scale(HAMD-17)scores were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Result:After intervention,all scores of nursing satisfaction,disease awareness and self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of HAMD-14 and HAMD-17 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education based on feedback method can improve the disease awareness and self-care ability of patients with periodontitis,improve the patients’negative emotion,has high satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
