头针联合膀胱功能训练治疗脊髓损伤患者神经源性膀胱

Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Bladder Function Training in the Treatment of Neurogenic Bladder in Patients with Spinal Cord Injury

目的:观察头针联合膀胱功能训练治疗脊髓损伤患者神经源性膀胱的临床疗效。方法:选择2018年10月-2020年6月在本院住院的脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱的患者60例。依据就诊顺序采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组采用现代康复治疗方案进行干预,指导患者进行饮水、间歇导尿及常规膀胱功能训练,治疗组在此基础上联合头针进行治疗。比较两组膀胱功能积分、功能独立性量表(FIM)评分,观察两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组的膀胱功能积分、FIM评分均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组显效率为63.3%,高于对照组40.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头针联合膀胱功能训练治疗脊髓损伤患者神经源性膀胱,可更显著快速改善脊髓损伤患者自主排尿功能,值得临床运用和推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with bladder function training in the treatment of neurogenic bladder in patients with spinal cord injury.Method:A total of 60 patients with neurogenic bladder following spinal cord injury admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to June 2020 were selected.The patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group by random number table according to the order of treatment,30 patients in each group.In the control group,modern rehabilitation therapy was used for intervention,guiding the patients to conduct drinking water,intermittent catheterization and routine bladder function training.On this basis,the treatment group was combined with scalp acupuncture for treatment.Bladder function score and function independent measure(FIM)score were compared between the two groups.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Result:The bladder function score and FIM score of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The significant efficiency in the treatment group was 63.3%,higher than 40.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture combined with bladder function training in the treatment of neurogenic bladder in patients with spinal cord injury can significantly and rapidly improve the autonomic urination function of patients with spinal cord injury,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
