针灸对鼻咽癌放疗后吞咽障碍临床疗效的Meta分析

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture on Dysphagia after Radiotherapy for Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma:A Meta-analysis

目的:评价针灸疗法在鼻咽癌放疗后吞咽功能障碍康复治疗中的临床效果。方法:对PubMed、Web of science、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方医学网五个数据库进行检索,筛选出符合标准的文献,并进行了数据提取。采用Cochrane Rev-Man 5.3软件,对纳入文献进行质量评估和数据分析。结果:本文共纳入7篇文献,414例患者。其中4篇文献(包括258例参与者)使用洼田饮水试验评估患者的吞咽功能[RR=1.32,95%CI(1.16,1.50)],2篇文献(包括163例参与者)使用标准吞咽功能评价量表(SSA)评估患者的吞咽功能[MD=-4.07,95%CI(-6.85,-1.30)],并对所有纳入文献进行了综合分析与评价。结论:针灸疗法可改善鼻咽癌患者放疗后的吞咽功能,但具体针刺时间和最佳刺激量的确定仍需进一步进行多中心大样本量的研究。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture in rehabilitation treatment of dysphagia after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Method:Five databases including PubMed,Web of science,Cochrane Library,CNKI and Wanfang Data were searched,and the literatures that met the standards were selected and the data were extracted.Cochrane Rev-Man 5.3 software was used to evaluate the quality of the included literature and analyze the data.Result:A total of 414 patients with 7 literatures were included in this study.4 literatures(including 258 participants)used the water swallow test to assess patients’swallowing function[RR=1.32,95%CI(1.16,1.50)],2 literatures(including 163 participants)used the standard swallowing function assessment scale(SSA)to evaluate patients’swallowing function[MD=-4.07,95%CI(-6.85,-1.30)],and all the included studies were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated.Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy can improve the swallowing function of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy,but the determination of specific acupuncture time and optimal stimulation dose still needs further multicenter large sample size study.
