安神调肝汤治疗肝郁型围绝经期失眠症的效果分析

Effect of Anshen Tiaogan Decoction in Treating the Perimenopausal Insomnia of Liver Depression Type

目的:研究安神调肝汤治疗肝郁型围绝经期失眠症患者的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年1月于本院就诊的肝郁型围绝经期失眠症患者68例,按奇偶数法将患者分为观察组与对照组,各34例。两组在均给予睡眠卫生教育的基础上,对照组给予艾司唑仑治疗,观察组给予安神调肝汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)与失眠严重程度指数(ISI)评分。结果:观察组临床总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的73.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组PSQI与ISI总分均低于对照组,观察组PSQI睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、日间功能障碍和干预评分均低于对照组,观察组ISI维持、早醒、满足度、不适、显著度评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安神调肝汤治疗肝郁型围绝经期失眠症患者作用显著,能够改善失眠症状与程度,效果优于艾司唑仑。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Anshen Tiaogan Decoration in treating the liver depression type perimenopausal insomnia.Method:A total of 68 perimenopausal insomnia patients with liver depression who visited our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,according to odd and even numbers,34 cases in each group.Base on treated with sleep health education all patients,the control group was given the Estazolam,the observation group was given the Anshen Tiaogan Decoration.Clinical efficacy,Pittsburgh sleep quality Index(PSQI)and insomnia severity index(ISI)score were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.12%,higher than 73.53%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,PSQI and ISI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,PSQI sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,daytime dysfunction and intervention scores of the observation group were lower than those in the the control group,ISI to maintain,early awakening,satisfaction,discomfort,significant degree scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anshen Tiaogan Decoration could treat with the liver depression type perimenopausal insomnia,it could improve the insomnia symptoms,which was better than Estazolam.
