摘要
目的:分析布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗感染性喉炎患儿的效果,为临床选择有效药物提供依据。方法:选取本院2019年1月-2020年1月收治的80例感染性喉炎患儿,随机将其分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组采用常规的医学治疗手段治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上联合使用布地奈德混悬液雾化治疗。比较两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗依从率80.0%(32/40),高于对照组67.5%(27/40),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为90.0%,高于对照组70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组呼吸困难、咳嗽、喉鸣音、声嘶消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿不良反应发生率为7.5%,显著低于对照组12.5%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入对感染性喉炎患儿其疗效效果确切,安全性高,值得临床推广、应用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Budesonide suspension aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with infectious laryngitis,and to provide the basis for clinical selection of effective drugs.Method:A total of 80 children with infectious laryngitis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and study group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional medical treatment,and the study group was treated with Budesonide Suspension atomization on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The treatment compliance rate of the study group was 80.0%(32/40),higher than 67.5%(27/40)of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.0%,higher than 70.0%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The disappearance time of dyspnea,cough,laryngeal sound and hoarseness in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.5%,significantly lower than 12.5%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Aerosol inhalation of Budesonide Suspension is effective and safe in children with infectious laryngitis,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
