桡骨远端骨折是骨伤科急诊最常见的骨折之一,目前在国内医院主要采用保守治疗和手术治疗两种方式。对于骨折的预后,两种治疗方式殊途同归,基本无大的差异,但两种治疗方式各有优缺点。大多数患者因恐惧手术或经济原因,宁愿选择保守治疗,尤其是老年患者。但是对于保守治疗,各位医家在复位手法、外固定方式、功能锻炼方式,以及药物调理方面不尽雷同,治疗预后迥异。本文就桡骨远端骨折的保守治疗,自古至今做一详述。

Distal radius fracture is one of the most common fractures in emergency department of orthopedics and traumatology.At present,conservative treatment and surgical treatment are mainly used in domestic hospitals.For the prognosis of fracture,the two treatment methods lead to the same trend,and there is basically no significant difference,but the two treatment methods have their advantages and disadvantages.Most patients,especially elderly patients,prefer conservative treatment due to fear of surgery or financial reasons.However,for conservative treatment,doctors are not the same in terms of reduction,external fixation,functional exercise,and drug conditioning,and the prognosis of treatment is different.Conservative treatment of distal radius fractures has been described since ancient times.
