企业需求视角下“双高计划”高职院校“双师型”教师认定标准建设

“双师型”教师资格认证是“双高计划”高职院校教师队伍建设的重要任务。随着我国经济发展方式的转变与产业结构的调整,迫切需要基于企业需求视角设计并建立具有针对性与科学性的“双师型”教师资格认定标准,以促进师德高尚、技艺精湛、专兼结合、充满活力的高素质“双师型”教师队伍建设。在企业视角下,明确“双师型”教师认定标准的认证内涵、考评体系、组织形式等内容,是“双师型”教师资格认定标准建设的逻辑基点。在标准建立的实践中,需要在政府的宏观引导下,校企协同一致,深化产教融合,共同推进“双师型”教师团队和个体的可持续健康发展,为高素质技术技能人才培养提供保障。

The qualification certification of“dual-qualification”teachers is an important task in the construction of teachers’team in Higher Vocational Colleges under the“double-high plan”.With the transformation of China’s economic development mode and the adjustment of industrial structure,it is urgent to design and establish a targeted and scientific“dual-qualification”teacher qualification criteria based on the perspective of enterprise demand,so as to promote the construction of high-quality“dual-qualification”teachers with noble morality,exquisite skills,combination of full-time and part-time,full of vitality.From the perspective of enterprises,it is necessary to clarify the connotation,evaluation thinking and organization form of the accreditation standards for“dual-qualification”teachers.These key elements and their relationship are not only the logical basis point but also the logical starting point of the“dual-qu alification”teachers’qualification identification.In the practice of standard establishment,it is necessary to promote the sustainable and healthy development of“dual-qualification”teacher team and individual under the macro guidance of the government,school enterprise coordination and integration of production and education,so as to provide an important guarantee for the cultivation of high-quality technical talents.
