摘要
学生满意度是衡量就业创业教育实效性与学生获得感的重要指标。以高职院校2702名学生为调查对象,调查发现,高职学生在对本校就业创业类课程进行评价时,其整体满意度处于较低的正向水平,尤以“课程开设数量”“课时安排”与“教学方法”得分较低。低满意度的形成与学生个人因素和教学内部因素有关,就学生个人因素而言,“生源地”与“专业”变量产生显著影响;就教学内部因素而言,教师维度的“教学模式”与“教师态度”、课程维度的“课程难度”与“课程考核方式”、学生维度的“学习兴趣”与“学习投入”变量产生显著影响,且在影响程度上依次降低。为此,应正视就业创业教育的地位,提升就业创业类课程的品质,采取增加课程数量、建立课程分类制度、设置专门性课程管理机构、加强师资队伍建设、促进教学手段多元化等路径提升学生对高等职业院校就业创业教育的获得感和满意度。
As an important indicator to measure the effectiveness of employment and entrepreneurship education,the satisfaction of students in employment and entrepreneurship courses is an important issue.In this study,2702 students in higher vocational colleges are taken as the objects of investigation.Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that the overall satisfaction of higher vocational students is at a low positive level when they evaluate the employment and entrepreneurship courses in their own colleges,especially the scores of“number of courses offered”“arrangement of class hours”and“teaching methods”are low.The formation of low satisfaction is related to students’personal factors and internal factors of teaching.As far as students’personal factors are concerned,the variables of“student source”and“major”have significant impacts;as far as internal factors of teaching are concerned,the“teaching mode”and“teachers’attitude”of teachers’dimension,the“course difficulty”and“course assessment method”of course dimension,the“learning interest”of students’dimension and“the variable”of“learning input”have significant influence,and the degree of influence is reduced in turn.On this basis,this study believes that facing up to the position of employment and entrepreneurship education and improving the quality of employment and entrepreneurship courses are the key points of current college students’satisfaction of employment and entrepreneurship courses,which include increasing the number of courses,establishing the curriculum classification system,setting up specialized curriculum management institutions,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and promoting the diversity of teaching methods and other different paths.
