摘要
棉花是新疆经济发展的支柱产业,播种装置的精量水平影响棉花的产量,精量播种最主要的方式之一是穴播,而播种器最主要的部位就是穴播器。因此,在播种机出厂前就要对穴播器的性能进行鉴定检测。本文综述分析了穴播器排种性能检测的四种方法,包括人工数种检测法、光电传感器检测法、高速摄像检测法和机器视觉检测法。通过对比这四种穴播器排种性能检测方法,分别提出了四种检测方法的优缺点,并指出依靠机器视觉法检测穴播器的排种性能任然是未来发展的趋势,对于提高精量穴播器排种性能的检测水平、推进穴播器的研制具有重要意义。
Cotton is the pillar industry of Xinjiang's economic development.The precision level of seeding equipment will definitely affect the output of cotton.One of the most important methods of precision seeding is hole sowing,and the most important part of the seeder is the hole seeder.Therefore,before the planter leaves the factory,the performance of the drill should be tested.This article summarizes and analyzes the four methods of seeding performance testing of the hole planter,including several manual testing methods,photoelectric sensor testing methods,high-speed camera testing methods and machine vision testing methods.By comparing these four hole-seeding performance detection methods,the advantages and disadvantages of the four detection methods are proposed respectively,and it is pointed out that relying on machine vision method to detect the seed-seeding performance of the hole-seeding device is still a future development trend,which is important for improving precision hole-seeding The detection level of seed metering performance and the advancement of the development of seed drills are of great significance.
