摘要
为了提高巴旦木的脱壳率,降低巴旦木碎仁率和破仁率,按巴旦木厚度的极差将其分成3级进行分级和破壳,通过对脱壳前的巴旦木核进行干燥处理方式来改善脱壳效果,试验结果表明干燥处理对改善巴旦木核脱壳效果是完全可行的,既可大幅度提高巴旦木核一次性脱壳率,又能降低其碎仁率。
In order to improve the shelling rate,reduce the broken kernel rate and improve the whole kernel rate of almond,The Almonds were divided into three grades according to the difference thickness,and the shelling effect was improved by drying the core before shelling.The experimental results showed that the drying treatment was completely feasible to improve the shelling effect of almond kernel,This method can not only greatly increase the one-time shelling rate of almond kernel,but also reduce the broken kernel rate.
