老城区是大城市的母体,随着城市化进程的加快,城区人口、车辆越来越多,原有交通无法满足现有需求,如同世界各国大城市的老城区一样,我国的大城市老城区在城市发展的一定阶段也出现了红绿灯路口改全互通立交提升现象,而老城区密布的规划落后的地下管网,就成了立交提升工程施工中的重大制约因素,本文结合佛山市顺德区碧桂路南国路全互通立交提升工程项目BIM技术的开展情况,分析了BIM技术的特点和概念,从施工准备阶段和施工阶段探讨了BIM技术在老城区全互通立交提升工程项目的施工应用。

The old city is the matrix of a big city.With the acceleration of urbanization,the urban population and vehicles are increasing.The original traffic cannot meet the existing needs.Just like the old city of big cities in the world,the old city of my country At a certain stage of urban development,there has also been a phenomenon of upgrading traffic light intersections to full interchanges,and the densely planned underground pipeline network in the old city has become a major constraint in the construction of the overpass upgrading project.This article combines the development of BIM technology in the all-interchange upgrade project of Bingui Road,Nanguo Road,Shunde District,Foshan City,analyzes the characteristics and concepts of BIM technology,and discusses the improvement of BIM technology in the old urban area from the construction preparation stage and the construction stage.Construction application of engineering projects.
