摘要
在传统摊铺机施工作业中,需要测量人员提前放桩挂线或者架设铝梁来给机上的操作手提供参照物,因此施工质量在很大程度上依赖施工人员的操作水平。针对以上情况,本文开发基于3D机械控制的沥青路面智能施工技术,该技术可在摊铺施工中实现对高程,厚度和坡度的精准自动控制,大大降低人为因素对施工质量的影响,显著提高了施工质量。
In the construction work of traditional paver,it is necessary for surveying personnel to put piles and hang wires or erect aluminum beams in advance to provide reference for the operators on the machine.Therefore,the construction quality largely depends on the operation level of the construction personnel.In view of the above situation,this article develops an asphalt pavement intelligent construction technology based on 3D mechanical control.This technology can achieve precise automatic control of elevation,thickness and slope during paving construction,greatly reducing the impact of human factors on construction quality and significantly improving Construction Quality.
