建筑施工中防水防渗施工技术研究

Research on Construction Technology of Waterproof and Seepage Prevention in Building

在建筑施工中科学合理的应用防水、防渗施工技术,可大幅度提升建筑工程施工质量和居民生活舒适度。近年来,虽然我国在建筑防水防渗等方面取得了良好成绩,基本上解决了渗漏问题,但仍然存在局部渗漏水等问题。基于此,本文结合理论实践,首先分析了引发渗漏的主要原因,接着探讨建筑工程发生渗漏的主要位置和原因,最后论述了防水防渗施工技术在建筑施工中的应用,以期对今后类似工程施工提供参考和帮助。

The scientific and reasonable application of waterproof and anti-seepage construction technology in construction can greatly improve the construction quality of construction projects and the comfort of residents'lives.Although in recent years,my country has made good achievements in waterproof and anti-seepage,and basically solved the leakage problem,there is still a local leakage problem.Based on this,this article combines theory and practice,first analyzes the main causes of leakage,then discusses the main locations and causes of leakage in construction projects,and finally discusses the specific application of waterproof and anti-seepage construction technology in construction.There are certain reference and help for the construction of similar projects.
