母婴分离早产母乳喂养产妇自我效能影响因素调查

Investigation of influencing factors that affected breastfeeding self-efficacy of preterm women undergoing maternal-infant separation

目的探究母婴分离早产母乳喂养产妇自我效能的影响因素。方法选取本院2018年10月至2019年11月收治的100名母婴分离早产儿母亲作为研究对象,通过疾病不确定感量表、自我效能量表、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表等评估分析产妇母婴分离母乳喂养自我效能的影响因素。结果母婴分离时间、家庭支持度、新生儿Apgar评分、妊娠合并症/产后抑郁、疾病不确定感得分低等因素为早产产妇自我效能影响因素(P<0.05)。结论通过对母婴分离早产产妇以多种量表评估并对评估数据进行统计学处理显示,妊娠合并症/抑郁、家庭支持、疾病不确定感等对自我效能影响较大,需注重早产儿母亲信息支持度,改善管理方法,细化健康教育,以提高自我效能。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of breastfeeding self-efficacy of preterm women undergoing maternal-infant separation.Methods To select 100 cases of preterm women who underwent maternal-infant separation and were admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to November 2019 as the study objects,and we analyzed the influencing factors that affected breastfeeding self-efficacy of preterm women undergoing maternal-infant separation through using the uncertainty scale of disease,self-efficacy scale,Edinburgh postpartum depression scale,etc.Results The time of maternal-infant separation,family support,Apgar scores of newborns,pregnancy comorbidities or postpartum depression,low scores of disease uncertainty,and other factors were the influencing factors affecting self-efficacy of preterm women(P<0.05).Conclusion Through conducting the evaluation of premature mothers under maternal-infant separation with various scales and statistical processing of the evaluation data,it showed that pregnancy comorbidities or depression,family support,disease uncertainty,etc.had a greater impact on self-efficacy,and attention should be paid to preterm infants mother's information support,improve management methods,and refine health education to improve self-efficacy.
