基于罗伊适应理论心理干预对改善脑卒中患者神经功能及心理状态的效果分析

Analysis the effect of psychological intervention based on Roy's adaptation theory on improving the neurological function and mental state of stroke patients

目的探讨基于罗伊适应理论的心理干预对改善脑卒中患者神经功能及心理状态的效果。方法选择2016年3月至2019年5月收治的脑卒中患者80例作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于罗伊适应理论的心理干预。比较两组患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分。结果干预3个月后,观察组NIHSS,SDS,SAS评分均低于对照组,GSES评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于罗伊适应理论的心理干预应用于脑卒中患者的临床护理实践中,能有效改善其神经功能及心理状态,提升自我效能感,加速康复进程。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention based on Roy's adaptation theory on improving the neurological function and mental state of stroke patients.Methods To select 80 cases of stroke patients who were treated from March 2016 to May 2019 as the study objects,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group adopted routine care,and the observation group was given psychological intervention based on Roy's adaptation theory based on the control group to compare the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores of the two groups.Results After three monthes of intervention,the NIHSS,SDS,SAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the GSES score was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological intervention based on Roy's adaptation theory applied in the clinical nursing practice of stroke patients can effectively improve their neurological function and psychological state,enhance their sense of self-efficacy,and accelerate the recovery process.
