健康素养干预对慢性乙型肝炎住院患者自我管理能力的影响

Effect of health literacy intervention on self-management ability of in-patients with chronic hepatitis B

目的探讨健康素养干预对慢性乙型肝炎住院患者自我管理能力的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月在感染科住院治疗的慢性乙型肝炎患者100例为研究对象,按就诊的先后顺序,将2018年1—12月的50例患者设为对照组,2019年1—12月的50例患者设为观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施健康素养干预,观察比较两组患者自我管理能力和健康素养水平。结果干预后观察组疾病治疗管理、日常生活管理、心理社会管理、疾病信息管理评分及自我管理能力总分均高于对照组(P<0.05),干预后观察组具备基本健康素养患者例数高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性乙型肝炎患者实施健康素养干预能提高其健康素养和疾病自我管理能力。

Objective To explore the effect of health literacy intervention on self-management ability of in-patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods To select 100 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B who were hospitalized in the department of infectious diseases from January 2018 to December 2019 as the study objects,and according to the order of visits,50 cases of patients from January to December 2018 were set as a control group,and the other 50 cases of patients from January to December 2019 were set as an observation group.The control group adopted routine care,and the observation group implemented health literacy intervention on the basis of the control group.The self-management ability and health literacy level of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After the intervention,the total scores of disease treatment management,daily life management,psychosocial management,disease information management scores and self-management ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the number of patients with basic health literacy was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing health literacy intervention for patients with chronic hepatitis B can improve their health literacy and disease self-management ability.
